[Movie Trailer] - #1: Ender's Game

Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

Title: Ender's Game
   Director: Gavin Hood
   Author: Orson Scott Card
   Release Date: November 1st, 2013

70 years after a horrific alien war, an unusually gifted child is sent to an advanced military school in space to prepare for a future invasion.

From the Book:
Jackson is always psyched to visit his aunt Sarah when she's working on an anthropological dig. This time she's in England, at Stonehenge, and Jackson can't wait to see the massive and mysterious stone formations in person. But then he witnesses a vicious attack on a young man, and another on his beloved aunt Sarah. A savage beast no one has ever seen before is on the prowl. Now it's up to Jackson and his new friend, Alma, a gravedigger's daughter, to stop the beast. All the clues lead back to Stonehenge, where he and Alma must risk their lives to solve the mystery of the monster stalking the countryside-before it's too late.

Ender's Game, A book that I haven't gotten around to reading yet, but I figured this would be a good place to start and show a trailer to a movie that just looks rather moving. The cast is rather hard to see how this movie will play out, but I have hopes in all of these stars. The main three that I am looking forward to is: Harrison Ford as Colonel Hyrum Graff, Abigail Breslin as Valentine Wiggin, and Asa Butterfield as Ender Wiggin.

The world in this book and the movie seems unreal, and with it the CGI in this movie needs to be fantastic. It has to look completely futuristic, while still being believable and real. The cast seems good, but the I am not sure what to expect entirely of the movie. I am not sure if I entend to read the book before the movie or what the plan is entirely for when the book will meet my eyes, but I will definately get around to reading it. I want to, and the rave reviews of the book seem fantastic.
